Part-time vacancy for a Kitchen Assistant / Pot Washer to join a friendly team within a very popular cafe in Whitehaven.

Your job will be to assist the Cooks and Chefs in a busy kitchen and will include:



• Loading the dishwasher.
• Cleaning pots and pans.
• Keeping work surfaces and floors clean.
• Putting out the rubbish.

You will be joining a friendly team within one of Whitehavens' most established and respected businesses.

The hours of work are 10am to 5pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. There may be some times when you will be needed to work on Saturdays if needed.

About you

• Ideally, you will have some previous kitchen experience but it's okay if you haven't.
• You need to be 18 or over for this position,
• You should be a good team player and be willing to assist other members of the team

Salary and benefits

• £12.21 per hour - 26 hours per week.
• Working 4 days per week (week days but you should be happy to work Saturdays if and when required).
